Reservations
Advance notice of 14 or more days is requested. We require a 50% retainer to confirm your reservation date and time, the retainer is non-refundable, PLEASE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION DETAILS closely. The retainer will be applied to your final balance. Your full balance will be due 7 days prior to your reservation date. In addition, a $200 Damage and Loss refundable deposit will be charged at the time you book your reservation, to cover costs arising from any damage or loss of our equipment. If there is no damage or loss, your deposit will be promptly returned within 3-5 business days post completion of your reservation.
If we have availability, we may be able to accommodate reservations placed 13 or fewer days from the event date; your full balance and a $50 rush fee will be due to confirm your event date and time.
Rescheduling
Your reservation retainer is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule we require 7-day advance notice. Your reservation must be rescheduled within a two-month window from your original date. We will apply your retainer to your newly chosen date and time. There are no rebooking fees for your first rescheduling occurrence. Please note that we will need to apply for a permit for the newly chosen date and a new permit fee will be assessed.
Cancellations initiated:
7 or more days in advance of the original date, no refunds. 100% of retainer will be applied to newly chosen date. Must be rescheduled within a two-month window from original reservation date, based on availability. No rescheduling fee will apply but a new permit application and fee will need to be submitted.
2- 6 days from original reservation date, 50% of retainer will be applied to newly chosen date. Must be rescheduled within a two-month window from original reservation date, based on availability. A permit will be requested for the new date and a new fee will be assessed.
Same day cancellations or no-shows forfeit full retainer and all monies paid except your $200 Loss and Damage Deposit, which will be refunded within one business day post your cancellation or no-show date.
Inclement weather
We do live in the South and have the pleasure of experiencing all seasons. In the event of inclement weather such as rain or high wind conditions, your option will be to set your picnic indoors unless you decide to reschedule to a new date. A new permit must be applied for and an additional permit fee will be assessed.
